isn't that special?

Obama issues 3-page memo defending gay-basher spokesman, explaining that McClurkin has no problem with "happy" gays AmericaBlog.com.
Aides gave reporters a three-page memo detailing McClurkin's and Obama's views on gay rights that noted in capital letters "MCCLURKIN DOES NOT WANT TO CHANGE GAYS AND LESBIANS WHO ARE HAPPY WITH THEIR LIVES AND HAS CRITICIZED CHURCH LEADERS WHO DEMONIZE HOMOSEXUALS," with quotes detailing those statements from the singer. Washington Post

What about those who are unhappy because of what he says? Where do they fit in? And where do they fit in to what McClurkin calls the curse? Does it mean, even if they're happy, they'll go to hell? [not that it means anything to me. remember, i have a get out of hell card...]

hey, there's a lot of repercussions here. we gotta know these things.

the biggest question is what is the Church Lady making of all this?

no one wants to p*** her off!

Seriously, though. Obama is digging himself deeper and deeper. He always has tried to have it both ways. Sooner or later it catches up with you though. He's talking out of both sides of his mouth - at the same time - when he says that he represents different kinds of constituencies and can uphold what they each stand for.

It's almost like he believes that you can fool all of the people all of the time..
