i certainly would...

as a matter of fact, it's the weekend and the first opera of Lyric Opera of Chicago tonight - Handel's Giulio Cesare. it's opening night. i saw opening night last spring at the Metropolitan Opera's Giulio Cesare with the exact same cast as tonight's but a different production. i loved it beyond compare. the second and third acts are filled with vocal fireworks as only Handel can write.

great way to start a weekend and tomorrow night i'm hitting an art auction. now, that can be dangerous for me. i mean really dangerous. i have my eye on this Marcel Mouly piece that is on the block and an Erté print.
