new addition to the blogosphere...

you may have noticed that i included a couple of posts entitled "no comment..." over the last few days: here, here and here. they were merely a picture, a part of a news story, and a quote with no editorializing or commenting from me. it's intentional.

while i was in St. Martin, there were very few TV stations available in the hotel. [i always have noise in the background.] Most were French and they were either dubbed versions of American sitcoms or cop shows, or French versions of American sitcoms or cop shows.

there was only one English-language channel and it impressed me beyond anything you'll find here in the U.S. - Euronews.

what impressed me is that it was pure news with no pundits, no opinions and no angles → straight, unadulterated reporting. it was really very refreshing. if you click on the title link you can go directly to the website.

there was a segment that would be repeated, sometimes with the same content & sometimes not, each day entitled "no comment". there were no voice overs and no, well, comments. it was stark, thought provoking and, at times, chilling.

as a result, i decided to try something similar and, as a result, i did the three posts with the title "no comment...".

i also elected to start a new website using the same idea. i wanted to bring it your attention and let you choose to visit it and see what you think.

the site, of course is called no comment... and you can find it by clicking on the link or with the link in the sidebar item that i call "other things i have to say and muse about..."

if you are inclined to visit it, let me know what you think.

thanks...
