the title is a reference to Jame Levine, Artistic Director of the Metropolitan Opera in NY. In an interview he was commenting on how so many conductors get the main musical phrasing wrong for Wagner's Walkure. He explained that the correct phrasing was with the emphasis on the word sea in the phrase "a trip to the seashore, a trip to the seashore...."
